my friend has recently started placing bets for a aquaintence of his who claims to be a professional gambler this "pro" gets him to place 2 or 3 bets a day but says he has to match the bet aswell now my pal has asked me to join them but i have said something aint right here and refused. some days my pal puts bets on for this bloke before he has given him the money his bets do seem to be good but i think there is no definate way of predicting gauranteed wins has anyone got any thoughts on this ? is it even legal?
an arber is someone who places different bets on all (or opposite) outcomes with different bookies to guarantee a profit. They get banned from bookies, so the most successful ones use an 'army' of runners to put bets on for them. I don't really understand what you mean by saying your friend has to 'match them'. You mean he is placing identical bets with his own money? Does sound a bit weird.
