Whenever they make a mistake or come under a DDoS, they shd text or email users automatically w/ all their matched or 'take SP' bets and close down anything that is only partly functional.
It wdn't be pretty but it wd be at least honest and users would know where they stood. Not knowing whether you've won or lost 000s on a bobbing finish is not a pleasant sensation.
