High Street Bookies - How do I not get banned?

Hi all,

I'm a prolific Specials punter, making a lot of money every month betting on reality TV, political elections and so on. Most of the time, it's child's play. I'm 22 years old, currently unemployed but making more money than some of my friends in full time work.
Because my accounts online with various bookmakers become limited, I turned to High Street bookmakers with the idea that I would place as much money as I could with them anonymously and if my bets were limited by traders, I could simply go to another bookmaker in the area and complete my bets there.

This has gone well for a while but I'm starting to become recognised in shops, despite always keeping a low profile, not showing off, keeping chitchat with the cashiers to a minimum etc. I also change my handwriting (like writing on the betslips with my left hand) to help stop me from being linked elsewhere.

However, last week the following event occurred and I need your opinions on what to do.
- I went into 'Bookie A' and placed a bet on an individual leaving a gameshow.
- Later, I decided I wanted to lay off a few other people in the gameshow, so went to the same bookie, but in a different location and placed my bet, that was 'Bookie B'. Up til then everything was fine.
- Luckily, the bet I placed in 'Bookie A' was a winner so this morning I went to the shop to collect my winnings. To my horror, one of the cashiers from 'Bookie B' was there, he looked like a manager and he asked me (grinning) how many shops I'd been to to place my bets and that he remembered me from the other shop.
- I quietly mumbled that I'd only been to this shop and the one he'd seen me in (which in this case was true but may not always be)

I'm now worried that I'll become somebody that will be 'looked out for' in my area. So my questions are as follows:

1. What are the best ways to avoid this situation?
2. Can a bookmaker really you from a shop? Can they take your photo and keep it on file? I can hop on a train to London for a tenner and have a dozen of the same branch of bookie in a small space, could this be a viable option if I need to 'take the heat off' my local area as it were?
3. How sophisticated are their tills? Will they know in Bookie A that I placed a bet at the same bookie but in the shop 2 miles down the road if my bets are similar?
4. And with Question 3 in mind, if they do keep track of local bets, how far reaching are they? XXX Miles? County-wide?
5. When they call up the traders to validate my bets in the shop, how many traders are there in these offices they call? Is it normally just a few or is it a room full of people validating bets?

I may have more questions, but any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would use Betfair but in all honesty, there are some bits I don't quite understand and don't wanna risk it!
