Looks a two horse race fav verazzano only ran .46 slower than benatos great when winning on its last visit to swell the slight ? are the other times on the card though as races seemed slightly quicker but this looks a very poor race.The other is ridgeway hawk again on times was 1.5 sdeconds slower than elhamri but that won by 7ls on the samr car so you've got two horses clocking up times against higher rated handicappers.Will split the bet between the two. Green apple caught the eye on debut given nice quiet introduction and the time of the race was ok only .46 slower than victorian bounty winning the older handicap on the card.This maybe one to follow over slightly further being related to riley boys and with the long lay off will be a minimum bet,if it gerts beat tonight would be looking closely at this in handicaps. Been waiting a while for a rick in the books and ones come along final verse 10s i've taken,down to its lowest ever mark of 70 hardly ever run a bad race here.Obviously not good as he once was but his overall form should only be a 9/2 shot and in a race where very few have produced decent times at the track or not been at the best over the trip 10s was miles out.I can see this going off around as mentioned the 9/2 mark,the negative for me is pace as he has the quickest times and its hard to see a pace battle so i'm going to trade pre race and i've had a small ew. 2PTS TO TRADE PRE RACE 10S .20PTEW 10/1 |

Probably the most competitive race of the day loads of pace on with norville,divinsky,prize point and primo de vida one that looks overpriced and thats al gillani i've taken 16s can see this going off 10s/11s.It was in norvilles race last week finishing well off the pace slightly eased in the last 100 yards so its worth a small ew and i will be having a pre race trade as well.Nubar boy is the one to beat but at 5s and needs everything to drop right 16s the selection is slightly overpriced. Very consistent five star junior and think was going to well last time out a faster pace today will see him go close the danger looks like advertisement as i mentioned earlier on the thread ran a great time last season as fast as 90 rated horses on only its 4th run.These two on recent form look the most obvious,scorching wind definitely looks one to follow and flipando also horses that could win just keep your eye on the pair to see if they're trying today. A decent sprint with the improving clear praise winning from the 1 draw in a reasonable time having to stay on the outside all the way round and looking to still have a few pounds in hand,tomorrow drawn 11.The probable danger looks like sioux rising and formlines through vintage and fivestar junior would suggest its form is slightly better but would be hard to not back one without the other.The stakes i've used so far have been set so can only stick to the staking plan and bets can only be small,have backed them both ew and will have a small reverse fcast. Trying to avoid the trades as mainly a backer but if there's a stand out will put them on here,tomorrows 6pm race at wolves beetuna priced at 16/1 with hills is far to big.It's run once over the trip in november over this c/d it was backed in the morning and travelled as sweet as anything from the 4f pole till outstayed in a race that was run in a decent time.The race was better than tomorrows beetuna running off 77 tomorrow off 72 going to trade pre race as i can see this being backed quite heavily and it also looks a cracking in running back to lay looking at that run for anyone interested. Another poor days racing and nothing worth backing at prices so once again comes down to a small trade on AD VITAM,had to cut out his own pace last time out and they didn't go quick enough as once headed by them all stayed on agaon.He's already beaten the fav a little bit dusty at wolves although now slightly worse off at the weights and a line through malice or mischief puts very little between them.The two other runners have to prove they stay so 9/1 with B.FRED is a decent price to trade if i thought there was guaranteed pace on i'd back it but as there isn't this will just be a pre race trade.Still waiting for a few more books to come up but think 9s will be biggest.
