betfair mistake

I was looking through the tennis coupons on 6th January and they got the names mixed up with Garcia Lopez and Tsonga.
It said Garcia Lopez was 1.55ish to lay but when I tried to lay it Tsonga's name came up, so they had the layout wrong in the coupon.

Has anyone seen many other mistakes like this? It's the first I've seen, but they could lead to losing a lot of money, especially when gambling under time pressure.
