Help with bet

Me and my mates are doing a thing called the 0-0 challange.  Basically we start off with 20 pounds and bet that a football game will have 1 goal or more, the odds are poor, and we keep putting what we have on another game and see how far we can get.


Anyway the other day I done this bet and the game finished 1-1 so my bet was up and I havnt recieved my winnings, I emailed betfair about it but havnt heard anything back.  The bet is still listed under current bets as matched.  Anyone know what I should do? im getting pi$$ed off as my mates have taken a good lead now.
