My bank, TD, has charged me $10 for every electronic transfer.  That's in addition to the $5 BF charges. I find it strange though that I've had 8 transfers this month, and the bank hasn't charged me anything.  Maybe they're waiting for the end of the month then make one charge for all the transfers.

Not only legal but a few years ago, some of the biggest "trading rooms" playing betfair were in Toronto.  Racks of televisions, several traders working under pit bosses.  China Town in Toronto, near Niagra Falls (all the gambling there 'handled' by one family).

Liquidity on east coast basketball and hockey was huge because of them.

they don't deserve to be around, the way they used the biggest advantage anyone can have was incredibly stupid
they murdered ice hockey and to a certain extent baseball. I would imagine they still operate on the nba and nfl.
