Mine says "Liability on lay bets will not count towards this promotion."

Anyone been paid by Betfair yet?

i opted into this offer,was told by helpdesk that back and lay bets count and your account will be credited 48hrs after the end of the offer.

Not what they said on the T&C though in which they said all payments would be made today or before.

liability on lay bets does not count,ie if you lay a 4/1 winner for 200,for promotion purposes its counted as 200 and not the liability which you had on the bet (800) but back and lays bets both count towards the offer as i have been informed.

The conditions clearly said lays don't count.  Found that funny since the argument has always been that laying is simply "back the field"

the conditions state liability on lays dont count that is not the same as saying lays do not count.read t + c's again imo.

T&C state cashback will be paid before or on 12/10/10

I see. Headline offer said up to 50%cashback, but smaller print where you log in to accept said UP TO 30% cashback.
I thought it said 30%, so not surprised now that only 20% paid.

It looks like a sliding scale of %cashback v £'s losses, but Betfair had no mention of this nor a description. Seems half arsed promotion compared to most of those Betfair conduct.

the amount of cashback was relevant to the number of days you bet ( to get the 30% you had to bet £50 on all 5 days of the promo.The less days you bet the less you got back

Ther german offer was like this.
Bet 5 days from 7th to 11th every day minimum 50euro and receive 50% cashback on netto loss up to 1000euro.

I bet all day, minimum 200euro, lost a bunch (over 1keuro) but received exactly 0euro cashback which das said to be paid monday.
Kinda ridiculous.

I should have received about £1000 cashback on Tuesday and I've received nothing at all. Hopefully they are sorting this all out today.

Theres a 25% one this week too.

I just did 4x £50 bets at 1.01, and then bet just over £3k on final bet at odds of 2.00ish (swindon game), betting +0.5 side at pinnacle. Easiest £700 I've ever made.

Can probably use same strategy this time.

Betfair have paid me the promo money as I always knew they would. Just took a little longer to sort out than expected. Thanks Betfair.
