Market is suspended (goal score) and I bet when unsuspended (less than half second after unsuspended). My bet become activ 2-3 seconds after some others. How is it possible? Some program or what?

Bobo, probably the speed of your internet connection and/or your own computer's processing speed.
Happens to me as well and you just have to allow for it in your betting strategy.
