i have laptop with a home hub
recently i keep being disconnected and a message comes on cannot find network.the only way to overcome this seems to be to switch off the hub at the wall and then start it up again but this doesnt always work.
today i got a grey screen which said 'beginning physical dump of memory press to restart windows normally' or some such.part of the screen even turned bright blue for a while.this may or may not be coincidence ?
this is really annoying the hell out of me
is it the local BT network or is my hub/laptop buggered ?
any help/advice from the experts on here gratefully received..

Exact same issue with me. I have the blue screen of death as well.

The internet problem has been happening on and off for months now. Will suddently lose the connection and will either have to right click on the wireless network connection and click 'repair' or more often than not have to pull the power out the router and let it re-set itself.

THe BSOD happens at random times every month or so. Everything freezes and shuts down with the same 'beginning dump of physical memory' thing that you got. Sometimes it re-starts fine straight away but usually it's a real pain in the a*se, have to sit there turning my computer on and off until it works.

BT is great if working, but what terrible service if you try and phone someone for help.
I've waited over 40 minutes in the past to get a live person on line.

Buttons 1, 2, 3 and 4 on my phone are worn out.

Sad

AOL had an 'outage' yesterday. Had to phone up for a new password for my router. Think I got through to the lass who works in the local takeaway, but she solved it no probs.
To be honest AOL customer service is usually crap, but this time it worked great.
obviously it would have been better if there hadnt been a problem to start with.
