Most bookmakers run a similar scheme whereby you can only deposit.
What is this new law anyway? Are they saying you can bet but can't move money? Nothing on the service page. |

If you can deposit funds in Norway via the banks I would imagine they have permission to operate still. It's an protectionist move but not as aggressive as the French one by the looks of it.
