I would assume that's correct.
The PC works across accounts, but the commission discount doesn't. |

You get one PC charge, that is calculated across all your accounts as far as I'm aware.

Ok thanks - that's interesting.
If anyone has experience of this issue with multiple accounts would be grateful to hear. |

Not sure wgat you're asking as Investor has answered your question.
If PC can be linked across accounts in order to catch people who try to avoid it (by just opening another account) does this also work the other way? i.e. if you open an account that is very successful on here, but have also had an account that was not, surely this should reduce/effect the PC for the second account? Yes once the accounts are linked, all pnl from both accounts is used to calculate your PC charge - you do not have a separate charge calculated for each account. If PC is due they will debit it from your 'main' account used or with the highest balance |

on the PC portal page it should list all your accounts
mine says account username then below it the username for my second account is on it |

I'm amazed if the above is true, because it surely has an enormous, glaring loophole in it..?
by the way, on the subject of PC, here's a sweet sight from my latest statement. all that and a free netbook! Gross PL £ 504.45 Commission Generated £100.46 + Other Charges £ 0.00 + Total Charges £ 100.46 Total Charges % 19.92 Max possible Premium Charge £0.43 |
