Gruss question

Can anyone tell me if the following is possible and maybe how I could go about it using gruss or something similar please?...

I have a program that price odds for w/l/d for all english football games. I could get the program to export to csv...

if any odds are available on betfair better than theses odds I want to trigger bets.
