They are now practically all made in 2 factories in China with identical parts.
Best to go for a good price deal with long warranty eg John Lewis (2 years) or Aldi (3 years). |

pick a decent brand. Hp/Dell/Tosh/Acer and go from there |

make sure you get a good processor. dual core and above and you will be good. Blu Ray and a hi res screen are worth it too
