Which is the best portable device for Betfair use ?

Looking for something that can be carried around pub to beach and remotish locations in the UK, and has a reliable network ,usable keypad, has good battery life .
Don't really require much else from it tbh... ie phone ,games, etc.

Any recommendations before i trawl the streets, thanks in advance. :)
