One of the reasons I use firefox.
When I use IE, it shows my balance as £3300 With Firefox, it shows it as just over £9K :) |

Lucky you Shapeshifter :-)
But seriously the amounts available in Firefox and IE differed enormously at times in the 30mins before the match. I do a bit of trading every now and then on the footie, to try and get a free bet for a bit more interest and Ive never noticed it before. At one point I had an order in too lay Inter @ 3.35 the amount showing differed by about 40k available at that price. How on earth would I know how close my bet is too being taken? |

did you refresh them both at the same time?

Obviously not exactly the same lol but pretty much Reyes. But the amount was pretty consistent on each browser

thousands matched every 10 secs on a game like this near the off

Tobermory I understand that. Ive been betting on the footie since ive been on here. Trust me this was not money being matched. There was 40k difference between FF and IE at a price that was not being matched at the time, I realise that unmatched bets could have been being taken down, but why over a 30min period would the amount on FF always be higher? That just doesn't make sense. My screen was refreshing every 1 second on IE. The amounts stayed consistently different.

To answer my own question lol
I have 3 windows open now on the Bayern game tomorrow, a fairly static market at the moment IE and FF show the same amounts but IE using 'classic view', which i usually do, has significantly different amounts in the market Why is this? |
|
By:
wild guess, because classic view in internet explorer is crap?
try it in a third browser |
|
By:
Maybe its betfairs money on the cross matching aspect not showing on one of them.

betfair dont care what browser you use. It will be bug in ie classic view as think it tries to be compatible with ie 6 which was broken piece of carp in the first place
