Hello, new to betfair.

Can you bet on both Bayern Munich winning AND the score to be less than 4.5 goals?

not ina multiple bet but you can get round this by covering b munich in the scorecast bets

i.e

bayern 1-0,2-1,2-0,3-0 etc

Best way is to back 1-0,2-0,3-0,2-1 and 3-1 on the correct score market.

You'll have to back 4-0 somewhere else.
