The forumite who heard it (I can't remember his name) deserved a betfair knighthood.
The banter was incredible.
He first posted it. Then said he was "shaking" and that he, himself, kept saying he was putting more and more money on it (laying, I believe). Other forumites were at first reluctant to follow. Then were saying that if this was wind-up, they would have his head.
Others who had backed her were wandering in asking what was happening. It was classic.
When it all came down, he freaked. One of his biggest wins. I'm sure he withdrew within seconds.
Champagne all around the forum that day.
