in relation to the thread below wat if ur achieveing a 90 percent strike rate as im trying a method betting severe hot favourites 6-4 or under with severe good form top trainers top rated horses distance form good ruuning against bad form horses. id say the odds i get would range beetween 1.10 and 1.40 mainly i was betting in doubles with small stakes before and did make money but got a few loses and now have reajusted by system to increase strike rate

Sounds too good to be true are my initial thoughts.
That strike rate laying is possible, but betting to win implausible, place betting slightly more plausible. How many selections was this % win rate calculated on and what is the average dividend of the winner and what is the frequency of bets ~ How many bets per month? |

but betting to win implausible 8 years of betting like this - in profit every year , PC payer and still making it pay - so PLAUSIBLE it definitely is |

Did you read me right? That is a 90% win strike rate ~ 9 out of every 10 bets on average that you bet on win? |

yes well i have never gone below 85 id say over peroid of time but use every thing in my arsenal i will only bet favourites that are 6/4 or undr have form lines of say 211 212 321 231 132 etc against horses that have bad form lines of say like 687 543 096 and i only use say top 20 trainers in the country and the bets are quite often because i can use it any country in the world that does horse racing on betfair for example dungiub was a no bet although he did place because if u look at the form lines of other horses they were like 321 111 211 that suggest a competitive race so no bet i would say must g1s would be a no bet

well compound even betting favourites 6/4 or under to place blindly u would get very high strike so when u put form work into of course u can achieve 90 percent strike rate and ill tell u now america is probably the best country to do it in

Implausible to me means unlikely or hard to believe, but I was never good at
English. I did not mean to suggest it was impossible. If I posted my edge on my strike rate of 19%, most would also think it highly unlikely. However if he, or anyone else gets a strike rate of 90% on win bets they need no advice from this forum. Cheers. |

your right i need no advice im just on this forum to past time my last bet today was gates of rome now i will be waiting for more horses the larry rivelli horse race 4 at hawthorne looks a selection if it meets futher requirements

my bad my bad it was larry rivelli horse in the 5th race but it dont meet futher requirements so no bet although i expect it to place but u got to be disciplined and cant bend rules see my brains like a computer no need for software

i think it would be hard too go under 60 even betting blindly u stupid plum favorites under6/4 or under have a place strike of 72 percent thats betting blindly without looking at form so your 60 percent reply its nonsense go back to school u fool lol learn some mathmatics and back your facts up

against horses with bad form say 756 357 and the horse must have had performed over the distance before its not hard to turn a blind 70 into 90 if u can seperate the pretenders from the contenders i use the trainer part becuse as we know the best trainers get more winners example gates of rome today 14.55 at gowran park 211 last 3 starts cadsped and king of swords looked potetial horses to beat it the other horses looked no good davy russel 2nd best jock in country colin murphy 11th in trainers table

u ever get one of those days were nothing seems to go right no matter wat well the key is to come out stronger and learn from it ive had 3 losers today and 3 very basic stupid mistakes i know they will make me a stronger person and more determined wat counts is being in profit and thats wat counts ull take bumps along the way but thats life |
