So you reckon exit strategy is bad idea? One need to know Entry and exit point in all circumstances and have plan how is going to react to diferent situations.

Smart Money was the most boring book I have ever read. I don't think I learned a single thing and it was basically a list of things that Konik didn't understand but did anyway. I feel more stupid for having read it.

Art of Legging is excellent in it's simple message - bet with the odds on your side (i.e. odds on)

Trouble is you might find it difficult to find a copy.
