Compare a few of them together they all give free 14 days trials, bit expensive imo but if you're into graphs it's supposed to be one of the better ones

I used it for about a year, then discovered Gruss does everything I need at a fraction of the cost.

If you're into making books on horses then Betangel is the easiest by far, and better at dutching on the lay side.

Personally I don't think it's worth the money and I don't need a lot of bells and whistles to trade.

I would heartily recommend The Geeks toy - not just because it's free. It does everything I want, it is fast, it's highly configurable and the support and forum is second to none.

Gruss would be my second choice. Most of the popular software vendors offer a trial, try a few out.

Fun Bob, why is Geeks Toy free? Is it similar to Gruss?

The Geeks toy is the play thing of the developer, hence the name - he makes his living writing other software. It may not be free forever - but The Geek has said it will be for at least the whole of 2010.

If you don't need excel integration, then I think it's an excellent choice. There are more features to be added such as stop -loss, but I don't need that. I do use the fill or kill and tick offset features a lot.

I like Gruss, but The Toy does everything I want. Plus It's very flexible and customisable. You can create\change different layouts, colour schemes, font sizes etc and save several customized profiles which is a feature I've never seen in any other trading software.

sorry, to answer your Q. It's similar to Gruss in the sense it has a ladder and a grid, one click bet submission\greening up\hedging. It's easy to use and very lightweight and fast.
