I just got charged for requesting data

it must be from having many windows open on geeks toy?

Also if your turnover is low then you get charged.

my turnover is low but i think it's more to do with having 8 or 9 windows open all requesting the same data.

i wonder which settings to use to allow me to keep, say, 4 or 5 windows open without incurring charges.

does anybody know?

if it's 20 per sec then the default settings should be under that limit with 5 windows open shouldn't it?

You should be able to limit the requests, the guys on the geek forum should be able to assist.

Also dont leave the software hammering the server if you're not betting.

before this i've always left windows open and not had any charges. it must be the extra windows.

i think betfair have changed the way they work this out...
i also have never been charged before...

i guess there are dozens out there who are completely unaware they have been charged..

apparantly if you have a maximum weighted calls per sec selected (mine is 15) then you can not go over the 20 calls per sec no matter how many windows you have open

but I have on 4 seperate days now so something is up.
