I've been trying to withdraw funds by bank transfer but every time I try, all I see is a blank page. I called the help desk and they did it over the phone but could give no answer as to why I couldn't do it myself online. Anyone else had this problem and how do you get around it?

Think it`s a browser thing, I have the exact same problem trying to use the page in Safari, but it works fine in Firefox.
Ok, thanks, have been using Chrome, will try it with Firefox
