In excel you would put (in the top box of column C) =(b2/a2)*100 and then copy/paste it down the whole column
I know open office isn't the same, but I suspect it is for simpler functions like this one.

The great thing now though, is that learning excel/open office is a continual building process. You've not just got this working, but you'll be able to do similar, but slightly different things really quickly
If you needed a column to add numbers together, you'd do it in 2 mins now, not 80, and so on.
