I agree jailer if I dont learn from this I never will but im happy its happened earlier and when its not alot bigger stakes.
I like to trade out cruso if I cld have done that in the newcastle game I wld have I have looked thru the next few days and there's a few bets I like and if I do them I can not see myself not trading out to be honest |

The taylor bet is an interesting one cause it will depend on who he plays in the final if he gets that far but I just cant see anyone beating him so I will proberly let it run, it really depends on my confidence with the bet there will be times were i will let bets run but after losing the newcastle bet I just wanted to trade out, it depends how I feel is your answer but I do mostly trade more often or not when I trade all my profits will go on one person or team

At first I thought you were doing certs that you didn't believe would lose at low odds and high stakes for these can work but bets like the Newcastle and Man City ones are far from certs and you need no more than 10% of bank for these imo. City were good value when they went out to 2 but I wouldn't have backed them at 1.6 or whatever they started at.

You need to look for value. The only bet that has value so far is the city bet, Short odds in football will do your bank. If you left out the Newcastle bet, alot less money would have been on city. I got on at 2.06 only bet for the day . Think of it that way and you will do fine

I agree mate I will be the first to admit yesteday my betting was a bit how can I say it was a bit all over the shop I was looking for easy money but I got out of the day with a bit of hope and I just need to get back to basics and do things what my head is telling me to do and look for the value bets and go from there when I started this I said I wld go days maybe even weeks without a bet I will wait for the value bets to come up then I go and do 3 bets in one day that was not the plan at all

6th Bet Taylor to beat thornton 4-0 1000 @1.75
Took me a while to get this bet matched but I just cant see thornton getting a set of taylor and at 1.75 I think this is massive as it gets closer to the game I will look to have a saver on 4-1 just incase thornton did take a set I just cant see him taking 2 but at the moment there's no money on the 4-1 getting matched hopefully closer to kick off money will come in but Im more than happy to let the 4-0 ride |

Cheers guys I will go days without a bet yesterday as I mentioned earlier was a wake up call for me but I was just dragged in by this bet I think it's cracking value if it dont come thru then so be it I will take it on the chin but I just dont see thornton taking a set of him imo

I have a football thread going lad liverpool to win which they did only just. Your stakes are too high foryour bank. Build slowly but surely. When your bank increases then increase your stakes. The taylor one was a good bet but again i would not have taken it on . too many variables plus odds on. stick to football and grade one races. Has worked for me. dont chase. I would be tempted by arsenal tomorrow but again no value. You need value. Good Luck
