yes mr profit.......often people offer loads of value to ensure their positions are green. Of cource not all 1.01's should be backed but......... Schalke 04 is a master of this bet. so why is'nt everyone rich then if it's so easy ? lots of people say they have a "perfect system" ect, but thats all b0ll0x. The very 1st one was only 50 as a trial, it made I think about 200, then the 2nd one made about 300 with the record of 199 winners in a row. After that I managed to make just over 3,000 in 2 months at the beginning of 2006 ..... then it slowed down a little and a few lost without profit. Never done it much in 2007 but the last one lost me around 700 ...... but, those two months in Jan 06 where I really concentrated on it was good.
Never gone above starting with 200, just a figure I have become used to starting with. It's an easy figure to claw back plus the stakes get bigger anyway as it goes on ...... it's a bit of fun as well as trying to make an extra few quid. |

You have identified the problem Mr Profit. It is that Schalke's system, if it works, does so only for very small stakes and incredibly small returns vs the amount of effort.
I know Schalke will say that it is his hobby and as such he doesn't need to factor in the time spent but as a system for making money on betfair it is not viable. It's a bit like spending a day on the beach with a metal detector and coming home with a fiver in loose change. And the reason it does not work for larger steaks is that as the steaks rise the more value has to be sacrificed to get on. For entertainment value though, Schalke's threads are unrivalled. And I wish him the best of luck! |

as i said at the beginning of this thread, if u feel u know a good value 1.01 to 1.06 etc, why dont u lay the bad value 1.01 to 1.06s and see how u go. or is the thought of winning a lot for risking a little a bit crazy for u.

this is just % betting, your lose a few times but overall your probably make a small profit, not enough thought to interest most gamblers, most on here want to make nice money or get a buzz, this will do neither.
