Unable to see P&L and matchen/unmatched bets

Same problem here. API and website. Migth be problem for international customers since nobody else is complaining.

i have 500 matched , goals comming and i cant close the position because i dont have any money in my account .... now is 3-0 .... another goal and my money is gone

But yes, fetching bets from "Betting History" has also stopped working. They probably have a cache and it also stopped refreshing things between Malta and the UK.

Yes, computers scattered thru out world simultaneously are unable to view website or access API properly. Nothing wrong at BF, its the fault of all those computers. Please refresh your browsers!

Closing the "My Account" tab and reopening it,has once again given me the chance to see my bets through "Betting History"

One additional test has let me confirm that the bets can only be seen once after opening the "My Account" tab and going to "Bet History" (there use "Matched" and click on "Get History")

And further experiments just show ... that the effect is random and the Betfair servers will sometimes show my bets and also sometimes urge me to delete cookies and refresh.

It's nost just the API, it's also in the browser. And it's not just your browser, it's in everyone's browser.

With all of the budget that Betfair have - it's sad

they should take the site down until its fixed,but they do not care they get their cut even if someone gets mullered because of it they do not care,lets face it it's saturday and they are so greedy they do not want to lose the commision on this busy day even if it means some of their customers get hammered unfairly.

lol morrigan,for every winner there is a loser,some will benefit by this but the thing to remember is next time they might be on the wrong end of it.betfair should realise by now that all that 99% of their customers want is a stable platform not all these frills around the edges that most could not care about and probably never have or never will use.

Actually, virtual racing is NOT working properly, it's borderline unplayable. Yes, im serious.
