sorry mate need some help. is it possible to create a button in excel file that when click it will clear certain data from certain cells?
function like a clear button. when click will erase certain cell data away so that i can input new data. how do i do it?

Yes, you need to record a basic macro first which deletes the data in the cells.
+ Record Macro - Select Cells - Delete - Stop Recording
Then you need to assign the macro to a command button
