Just connected up 2 vista laptops and a windows 7 laptop to a Netgear router. 2 are okay but one vista laptop seems to lose connection for a few seconds and i get the 'page not found' message. click again and the site comes up okay. I've noticed when I hover over the network symbol, bottom right ,that i'm connected to 2 networks. One is a secured home network and the other is an 'unidentified network' Could these 2 be conflicting and causing a problem? If so, how do i just connect to 1? Cheers.
I keep losing the connection ( only momentarily ) and having to click twice to get on websites.
Anyone know how to disconnect from the 'unidentified network' and then at least I can be 100% sure that it is the problem or not.

usually, if you 'right-click' on the nework icon you can get a list of all the WiFi routers within range of your computer (the procedure varies a bit depending on your nework card, but the principle is the same).
If you get the list up on the computer that's giving the problem then you should be able to 'exclude' the WiFi that you don't want to connect to, and connect to the one that you do want to connect to.

I've got 'you are connected to a home network at the top and an unidentified network at the bottom' If I double click the unidentified one, I get sent to the 'network and sharing centre.' By each connection there is an option to 'customize' but I've tried deleteing or merging from there and the unidentified network still remains :(
