well AH is just a slightly adapted form of match odds... i quite often like backing on the underdog and AH gives you +1, +2 advantage compared to match odds.

I think a lot of the time you can accept a team will lose but you can still win i.e back them +1.5 and you win if they win, draw or lose by 1.

I guess it's just down to personal preference and what one
is comfortable with. It is a fact that the so called 'good thing'
doesn't win by as much as expected, most of the time. GL.
