Was walking past my local willie Hills and decided to step in and watch my 3:35 lay (vintage, unsuccessful by a nose and a bit :( )
While I was there, in comes a plasterer who then takes £200 in the machine. It goes up and down over a few minutes. Eventually, I look and he has around £420.00, playing £60 a spin on the roulette. Playing no colours or lines, simply numbers.
Can't be more than a minute later and he is down to around £70. He deposits £200 more and starts spinning. Under a minute, he is down to 75.....then 16....then nothing.
I arrived at 3:25. The 3:35 hadn't run yet. He put £400 in the machine. Probably his cash pay for the week.
maineroad 19 Feb 16:48 After a couple of mins he was £420 up, he could of come off with over 100% profit, no one made him carry on.
Made the car crash even look worse. He had doubled his £200 start.
But it was all wrong to watch.
Only playing numbers / no colours / no columns, etc. So when he did lose, it was like watching the machine throw perfect darts at numbers he didn't have covered.
Either way, he is hungry tonight.
