I'd completely forgotten about that, only 31 posts kinda shows people have given up bothering with betfair spin events

Joe - Not sure how you can say it is Spin, they open the floor to questions and answer them.

I guess its Spin as it is their side of the issue which we hardly ever get to hear.

Not many companies have the balls to do it, would love to see Chris Bells replacement have a Q&A session with his customers.

Ask Dstyle - He asked a question.

The idea of having just one specific evening every few months for clients to ask questions is pretty absurd.

We all know from past experience that emails rarely get answered satisfactorily, if at all, and asking the Helpdesk anything specific is usually a total waste of time.

As clients, we should be able to ask questions on here 24 hours a day, and expect an answer the same day from someone who actually has a clue what's going on.
It's a very important area where Betfair's customer service is sadly lacking.

Somebody should have asked what will happen to bets if Portsmouth are liquidated. Helpdesk say bets may be void or may stand, which in my opinion is not very satisfactory given that people continue to bet on these markets.
