just request you money back for any bet during the downtime.

It's back up now:

"The Betfair site you are trying to access is currently unavailable, due to technical problems.

We apologise for this disruption to our service and confirm that our engineering team is working to rectify these problems as quickly as possible."

Not working when the site is down, and displaying out of date messages when it is up again.

By:

When: 17 Feb 10 21:16
They will but wont settle them all at once since would cause the site to crash again... lot of load on site after coming back with everyone refreshing and logging in to the forum to seethe..

a mouse farting 10 yards from the server would bring the site down at the moment.

this company has gone so downhill in the last couple of years. :-(

Theres to much on the site. All the extras virtual racing etc. Its pure greed on their part. They have become to big. It will be the ruin of them in the end. Hope so they have sold their soul and will get what they deserve.

Virtual horse racing is my main profit centre. It's all about studying virtual form.

Seriously, do you think there is any danger that the volumes on virtual racing will cause the site to crash during Cheltenham week, especially has there is some big football games on that week?
By:

When: 17 Feb 10 21:58
according to the message that came up that was a "planned outage"
