Help with dissertation please

Dear forum users,

I was wondering if you could help fill out a very short questionnaire for my MSc dissertation. It should take less than 2 minutes to complete.

The research is about attitudes to debt. Help will be greatly appreciated.

You have to change the response choices. You have "strongly disagree" as a choice twice for each question.

Making a mistake like that makes me think you're just fooling around.

How do you two work that out? It does not to me as if it is market research, just that he needs an appendix for his dissertation.
