I was wondering if you could help fill out a very short questionnaire for my MSc dissertation. It should take less than 2 minutes to complete.

You have to change the response choices. You have "strongly disagree" as a choice twice for each question.
Making a mistake like that makes me think you're just fooling around. |

filled it in but I very much doubt you will achieve an MSc if all your research is of a similar standard to this.
