Withdrawal Problems

The total deposits and withdrawals are now equal on my maestro card but betfair will not allow me to withdraw anymore on this card until deposits and withdrawals are equal on a mastercard I once used to desposit £90. However this card has now expired and as far as I remember betfair wouldn't allow me to withdraw using this card anyway. How can I**this? Thanks
