They have simply made crack "intellectual" crack.

They give you stats to follow, etc. Alot of energy will go into "studying" statistics. Energy and time.

The rest will click and bet and lose.

5% to the house.

Today sees the launch of Betfairs innovative, exchange based, virtual racing product Winners Circle.

In the initial post-launch period we will be offering a limited number of betting markets for Winners Circle to ensure the best possible customer experience. It is anticipated that in the very short term we will offer a full schedule of around 180 races per day, with races running at six minute intervals.

Betting on Winners Circle markets is available through the sports exchange. To access Winners Circle markets select the

Tomorrow sees the launch of Betfairs innovative, exchange based, virtual football product Lucky Boots.

Lucky Boots is a virtual football game without all the boring bits like passing - see just the shots on goal, crosses and corners and the game is over in a minute.

All the usual markets are available - unders/overs, match odds, FGS etc.

PMSL - I remember a few years ago when the Exchange Games launched somebody said "Soon Betfair will be doing virtual racing" and we all had a good laugh.... :)

A sad day indeed.

a photo or stewards or whatever!

I love the idea of a photo in cartoon racing!

Maybe a dog could run onto the track or a horse could get loose. We've got to keep these things real. A couple of jockeys will have to be arrested for race fixing.

Top post Froggitt. That deserves to be used on the football forum asking for views on the first game odds.

"the game is over in a minute"

Money in.....money out......

Betfair has admitted it has no passion for sport..... :(

I looked this morning. Between £1.50 and £2.50 was being made every 3 minutes and it looked like it was no more than 2 people doing it. Maybe betfair are seeding, I dunno.

that's shocking stuff, if betfair think that punters will swallow their explanation of a virtual football FOBT if they keep using words like "exchange", "markets" and "innovative" :|

£12 matched on the 15:45. It's doing well.
"The Moors" sounds like an insane asylum.
I wonder who made up all the names? Must have cost a few bob to invent all the horse names.

not sure why people are upset by this? other companys have it, and this product looks better than others. If you dont like, dont play it.

Lay Bartender in the 15.57. I am convinced that is his second race of the day.

A grand total of £2 was matched on the 15.57 so the volume does seem to have dropped a bit this afternoon.

In the 15.57 i had 3 bets matched, so liquidity is quite good. the only downside was that the three bets came to a total of £1.10

I am trying to be the first virtual millionaire. wish me luck

Sorry I have not looked. I have been trading the Liverpool/Spurs game, googling Winnie-the- Pooh and winding up Toongerines. ;)

careful when googling. A rather large unclothed black lady doing a bizarre dance once popped up after I left links up for shapeshifter jr when he asked for some winnie the pooh pictures :o
