Can any1 tell me how this is gonna work or what it aims to do??Does it reduce there debt or add to it or just stabilise it for a period of time??

good article in the Sunday times this weekend if you can find a copy (business section, I believe).
They need to restructure to slow down interest payments on hedge funds that the Glaziers borrowed to purchase (14.5% interest). But try to track down the article. Good overview. |
