It is all over the place. It seems betfair techs have once again "upgraded" in the wrong direction.

What makes 'my markets' useful? Serious question.

If I place a bet on, for example, the next manchester utd manager it's something that I'm 1.01 to forget a few days down the line.
Also if trading several events at once, say Aus Open tennis, a couple of test matches, masters snooker outright it's handy to flick between them without going through the labourious menu system Finally, if there's an obscure event I want to keep an eye on, maybe a qualifier for a darts tourney who i heard was playing well but never heard of, I might want to put his first round match on my markets so I can click there and see the prices when the market forms. That kind of stuff. |

Oh ok.
I rarely bet on anything that isn't settled the same day and almost exclusively on soccer. Sometimes I find amazing value bets on the long term markets close to the end though. For instance, I made quite a bit on both Newcastle to be relegated and Messi to be the Champions League Goalscorer last year. I'll have a look at that, might be useful. Cheers. |

There are only a small number of Aussie football games worth betting on (when the national team plays), for the rest there is no liquidity as no one bothers to transfer money between wallets.
I'm sure I could make money even in the illiquid markets, but seeing as they're on at early times in the morning most of the time, I prefer to stay in bed :D |
