Usually takes three workings days (back to Halifax Debit card) but I made a withdrawal on the 31st December that was back in my account on the 2nd January - only 2 days with a bank holiday in between.

Is this always the case now or was this just a freak ocurance ?????

Took me nearly 3 weeks when I request they issue me a cheque. They said thats normal.

They were amazed when I told them I thought that was pretty poor service level to be aiming for. :0
