control is a key word mate congrats on last year mate im the same as you where as i have gambled for as long as i can remember but i decided at the end of october that i would forget all what i know and start again i wrote a stratage studied it for a month and in novembre i acted on it i deposited £1000 and stuck to my plan and twise things havent gone my way and i never lost my head as i usually would. Long my it continue. Good luck mate have a happy and profitable new year

I think you have adjusted the way you bet, i am usually on the jimbobjones thread where he lays correct scores in the premier league, we all chip in with selections and have had some good wins, i am looking to go to another level this year, had 2 lumpy bets of 500 on the rugby and moved into the football markets.
