I am looking to get hold of any IBAS rulings which people may have in their possession. This organisation's "independence" has been questioned by many people recently, and as a result I am hoping to get together a dossier which I intend to present to the Gambling Commission in due course.

Have a dispute going through them at the minute. Not heard anything from them for about 6 weeks now. Will let you know the outcome etc
had a positive ruling from them recently, will try and dig it out for you
Out of interest fundamentalist, how long did your ruling take?
took about 2 mths to hear anything (but i moved in the interim which may have delayed the ruling getting to me)

guy on motorsport just had a long running dispute resolved by them, in his favour too. by all accounts theyre very fair
totally unfair had a dispute go against me 5yrs ago,would have bet 1/10 it would be settled in my favour.
I had one about 5 years ago with SJ for 900 quid, went in my favour , was a 1.01 shot in my eyes or I wouldnt have bothered had to wait 3 months, but they paid me next day after ruling and gave me a free bet for 25 quid aswell.
I've had 2 out of 2 ruled in my favour - both shop disputes
1/ in stanleys about 10 years ago and the other in Bills last year when rooney was 13/8 to score anytime in a live match and billys tried to claim the price was 11/10 despite still being advertised at 13/8

get a fairer IBAS?
score points against the bookies?
I dont have an cases to help - but you are wasting yuor time with the GC, they are desperate to protect the corporates.
