lots of online bookies offices there but no walk in shops. plenty of casinos though and the local girls are very friendly ;)
Del Rays and the Colonial casinos have sports betting, both in San Jose the capital DelRays is a place of legend.
Costa Rica was awesome. I was there in October. Didn't see any betting shops. Was accessing Betfair though. It's a popular place for gaming companies (tax).
