probably realised now that since PC the idea of fostering any goodwill amongst the clientele is simply a waste of time. Must cost them a few quid, the points decay, so from their POV - why do it, especially when allegedly looking to float.

normally 5% this week , 15% deduction with no racing for three days and weather affected meetings the other meetings mean every ones points are in for a huge fall this week.

speaking of the premium charge, when does the 25% come into force?

No it isn't - my post was more in response to what garysal said about everyone's points decaying - for a lot of folks this time of year is often a good time to be taking the BF holidays

I bet mostly on the Aus horses. Down for a couple of days last week with site maintenance. I don't see any goodwill coming my way!
