I just tested this on a sample set of Betfair historical data. Over 504 qualifying races there was a loss of 11.69 points.
just tested your system in a database i use and you are correrct, laying these would make a constent small profit

It wont work now because we will all do it and muck up the odds.
How long before the start off the race would you place the lay bets as this would effect the diferent outcomes people have been coming up with?
