COMP VIRUS HELP

i had it the other day paid a neighbour £20 to get shot of it, if you dont know much about tech side of comps then take it into the shop

try to get malwarebytes anti malware in the future works really well

thanks mate but neighbours are about 3 miles way here lol!! anyone there know how to remove it?

Happened the same to me ... It's the conficker virus. I was able to remove with Avira http://www.free-av.com/en/download/1/avira_antivir_personal__free_antivirus.html

download malware bytes to another PC and copy to a memory stick / CD.

Reboot the f*cked PC in to safe mode by pressing F8.

Press 'yes' and insert cd/usb stick and install.

Also recommend installing avast / avira if you haven't already.

Hijackthis is another good program too.

* meant to say, after installing malware bytes run a full scan. remove everything it finds.

Is that PC world? Bunch of useless cowboys.
I would be embarassed to charge any more than £30, unless it required a full backup / format and reinstallation.

back up yer importand files and documents to a cd or dvd.

format computer.

reload documents and stuff. job done
