any ideas how to remove antivirus live?? cant do anything with the other comp, as simple as poss please

i had it the other day paid a neighbour £20 to get shot of it, if you dont know much about tech side of comps then take it into the shop

Happened the same to me ... It's the conficker virus. I was able to remove with Avira http://www.free-av.com/en/download/1/avira_antivir_personal__free_antivirus.html

download malware bytes to another PC and copy to a memory stick / CD.
Reboot the f*cked PC in to safe mode by pressing F8. Press 'yes' and insert cd/usb stick and install. Also recommend installing avast / avira if you haven't already. Hijackthis is another good program too. |

back up yer importand files and documents to a cd or dvd.
format computer. reload documents and stuff. job done |
