twice over the last week i have placed bets on gruss on the i/r horses, definitely clicked the right box yet theres no sign of the bet not even in the transaction log its like the bets have just vanished.
anyone else had this problem?
can anyone from gruss explain a reason for this?

Did you have enough money in your account to cover the bet when you clicked?
Another possibility is that you clicked between two prices boxes. There is a small area between each box which will not respond to a mouse click. Make sure you don't click near the edge. Otherwise please contact us through the address on our website so that we can investigate further.
You could ask on their forum.

I have seen other stories on this forum of bets disappearing since the latest 'upgrades' in recent weeks.
