no downtime for many months here on internet or tv , live in north west england.

Picture was breaking up on some channels for me yesterday.

ive got commentary now on all channels (i.e can hear the programme) - but a plain blue screen! interents been fine today - just TV...

mine was off for 17 hours last night, all back on at midday.. missed the footy last night but still have to pay

TV off here for the last 26 hours. Carp.

Don't know the cut-off point but I believe that if the services are down for a while you can claim a small rebate. They won't offer it though so you need to ask.

Broadband cable feed played up in Berkshire last 2 days, i blame the rain, i have seen some of their ground communication boxes full of water.
In summer they are full of black ants!!!!!!!!
