Have had a terrible month. (only win ive had was laying Man u the other nght) if you won for 2nds i would be a millionaire.keep getting done at poker all the time by an idiot coming with me with nothing and catching on the river.
My point is i want to stay away from all Gambling for a month.
My problem is i work fom home and have far too much time on my hands during the day.. Thats where poker and attheraces/Racing uk come in.
Whats the best way to avoid the lot.
Ive cancelled the Post everyday for a start.

just bet with smaller amounts, give yourself a limit every month, only bet what you can afford to lose. You will enjoy it much more .

I suggest you use Betfair as almost like a game (with manageable monetary amounts) which you play during specific breaks in your work day.
List of things to do for work ... get some done have a break ... go back and do some more work .... short break etc.

Its not the betting which is**ing you off, my guess is you love the gambling, no its the losing which is**ing you off.
